      Slats how is insanity working out? I have lost 20lbs in 7wks with healthy eating mostly portion control and a running program the last 4wks that now has me able to jog a mile straight.

      They say that the first month you lose inches and the 2nd month is when the weight drops off. Through 3 weeks I've lost almost 5 pounds, lost 2 inches off my waist, 1.5 off my chest, biceps, and quads. I can really tell a big difference on the tennis court. I feel a lot quicker and seem to have more stamina.
