I would recommend eat carbs like sweet potato, yam, plain oatmeal or brown rice w/ a cup of green vegetables in the morning as u burn it off throughout the day so no harm done. eat carbs before and after workouts too as u need fuel to burn. I always blended fruit/oatmeal and whey together.
