$475 NBA 703 SAN ANTONIO SPURS +6 VISITING THE MIAMI HEAT8:00 PM EST
Loser, FINAL SCORE: Miami 103 San Antonio 84, loss of $475
"Shit Special of the Day- San Antonio Spurs +6. Fact: In 41 road games this season San Antonio has been blown out by double digits 5 times with Duncan, Parker and Manu in the lineup. In the playoffs only once have they lost by double digits on the road and that was in OT. I am going against the stat on Miami being 10-0 ATS after a loss the next game. I know Joey Crawford is also looming large too in this game. I just feel that the point spread is too large especially in the finals. Spurs didn't bring there A game in game 1 and still won it in the 4th. Going with the Spurs in a close one. BOL"

Football season will be more kind!

  8. Here is Hondo's writeup. Still can't believe he had the winner in the Belmont yesterday:

"Hondo rewarded the loyal citizens of HondoNation with the cold trifecta in the Belmont yesterday but he put only a unit on Palace Malice to win. Thus, coupled with the Cards’ loss, his deficit dipped slightly to 225 hoaks.
Today, Mr. Aitch, after carefully analyzing the Form, is certain he has found a Locke — 10 units on the Pirates to chew up the Cubs in Wrigley."

    ReplyDelete
  9. thanks guys.

yes, rick. crazy about the Belmont.

the fade has been hot the last couple a days so I am going to ride it out with the cubs.

since the blog has become a listing of picks here goes...

    Mets over TT 4
    Red Sox over TT 5
    Cubs +115
    Heat over 188

    1. I want to stick around but during the times we were winning everyone was supportive and a lot of good mojo was flowing, now that the negativity creeps in it seems there is a lot of finger pointing going on.

    1. Bonus: If you take the Spurs might as well go for the under. If you take the Heat then go for the over. I recommend taking the Under 189.

  15. WOW!!! This write up was completely wrong. In fact, it was an exactly opposite opinion of the reality. There is not finger pointing, its just a fact.

  16. if you followed the facts, you would have picked the HEAT, but you allowed your thoughts to pollute the pick.

    ReplyDelete
  17. The nice thing about picks, you can either fade or follow. I for one appreciate Shit's efforts here and he could easily win every game left in the series. As the song goes, don't stop thinking about tomorrow!

  20. St. Louis still could win their game. The score is now 4-4 in middle of the 7th.

Planning to stay the course with Shit's Special of the Day through the end of the NBA series and following Ross on his free plays.

Appreciate the efforts of both Shit and Ross. Thanks guys!

    ReplyDelete
  21. Rick can you just explain as to why you continue to follow Shit?

I am confused. You have never ridden someone this cold for so long...

    Am I missing something here????

(and i know others will come to his defense/ or..
Others will say i dont have to follow his picks etc etc)

I am just looking for Rick to explain his strategy here. I believe in this blog, but this particular run and follow is making zero sense to me.

We are cutting back on the number of plays here. You can fade or follow Shit's plays however you like. But you can't do it if you don't get the plays.

      Delete
    2. I am going to stay the course. People have been complaining that we are changing strategies too often. So again, its following Ross on his Freeloader plays and following Shit on his NBA plays through the end of the season, if he is still willing to give them to us. Shit himself has said take his plays and fade or follow. If you have been fading Shit's plays here on the blog lately, then you have been making money.

    1. Shit:

Just win the last few plays and everyone will be happy except the faders. Some guys are just faders. If you faded Lang and Ross on this game, you lost.

I have a feeling you are gonna win the last few games but if anyone else things otherwise, I am sure you don't mind if they fade you.

      Thanks for your efforts Shit!

Don't come after me and call me names. I have not attacked you, just questioned why Rick continues to use you as a follow.

My posted record today was 2-1-1.

You have been COLDER THAN ICE.

    1. depends on ur opinion I had 2 nba plays today and went 1-1. same as finals game 1 and game 7 I had the under which cashed nicely. so I have not been as "cold as ice" as u r suggesting.

    2. I do admit I have been taking too many plays. I would of been really killed Friday following DannyB and all of the Undertaker's plays. Glad I took Friday off thanks to computer problems. Lost a juicy underdog on Saturday on the LA Kings in hockey, I thought it was worth a shot. Just one play. Hopefully today will be 1-1 on the picks. One play a day will be the norm till football starts.

    3. Shit: Your next play will be a winner!

    4. If you want you can give us a side and a totals play. If you do I will take both for 1% of the bankroll.

  26. Rick...

Just questioning the integrity of the blog. You have never followed someone who is cold for so long. The strategy makes no sense to me and you are already saying you will follow the rest of the way.

    Give me the rationale here...

Why are you so in bed with Shit?

Somebody help me out here... Navy? Anyone....

  30. Here is Hondo for Monday:

"With plaudits still rolling in for Hondo because of his Belmont Stakes cold trifecta (that he didn’t play), Mr. Aitch sank deeper into the red yesterday when he walked the plank with the Pirates, whose failure in Wrigley caused the debt to grow to 275 sturdivants.
Tonight, he expects Cobb, that cornball, to stop the Sawx – 10 units on the Rays to lump up Lackey. As for the canines, he is whistling for the D’backs over Kershaw and the Native Americans over Lindblom – 10 units apiece."

    Boston Red Sox
    LA Dodgers
