  1. Hondo from the New York Post:

Hondo, fresh off his thrilling no-hit victory with Kershaw Wednesday night, came right back and … posted a loss for Thursday as he split with the Pirates and Nats to raise the dirty digits slightly to 1,555 sheldons.
Friday night: Mr. Aitch’s pick of the litter is Kuroda — 10 units on the Yankees to subject Ubaldo to a hair-raising experience at the Stadium.

    3. ZIMMERMAN WAS A COMPLETE GAME FADE ALSO. ONLY 76 PITCHES AND LOST HIS PREVIOUS START BUT SEEMS TO BE A FADE THE NEXT GAME FOR ANY PITCHER THAT HAS DONE THAT HIS PREVIOUS START WHETHER HE WINS OR LOSES.

    4. Yep Gus, I thought it very strange they were all on the Nats like that.

    1. Thanks! Scoop looks like a great fade. Thinking about taking the Indians on the run line here.

  7. Rolli cannot find anybody to attach his hairpiece in time so no video today!

Free Pick # 1 - Colorado (-110) at home vs. Milwaukee

Hoping Colorado's offense returns at Coors tonight after the Rockies - who were rolling at the plate - were iced in three straight losses at LA, a series in which they scored a total of three runs and were no-hit by Clayton Kershaw in the finale.

The Rox have won 20 of 28 at home versus Milwaukee and tonight they face Marco Estrada, he of the 4.94 ERA in eight road outings. Estrada's ERA was 3.28 in his first eight starts this season, but in his last six trips to the mound he's compiled a 7.01 ERA and served up 13 homers, raising the total he's allowed to a major league-high 23 on the year - which is a troubling fact considering he's pitching in the thin air of Denver this evening.

Free Pick # 2 - NY Yankees (-130) at home vs. Baltimore

Hiroki Kuroda is 3-1 with a 1.67 ERA in five home starts against Baltimore, including a victory on April 7 when he allowed two runs in 6.1 innings.

Baltimore has lost 11 of Ubaldo Jiminez's 14 starts this season. He's personally 0-4 with a 5.00 ERA in his last seven starts. For the season he's allowed 70 hits and walked 45 (second-most in the majors) over 76 innings.

Jiminez was on the losing end of his match-up with Kuroda back in April, allowing eight hits and four runs - in addition to walking five batters - in 4.2 innings. He's lost his last four starts against the Yankees while posting a 8.10 ERA.

New York, fresh off a three-game sweep of the Blue Jays in the Bronx, has won seven of its last nine overall.

    2. WHAT A SEC GUYS. I THOUGHT ROLLI WAS DOING WELL WITH HIS FREE PLAYS AND HIS PLAYS WEREN'T A FADE.

    3. Well I already took Hondo's pick as a fade. Later on Rolli said he was on the same side as Hondo so I added Rolli's name above. I am not fading Rolli, I am acturally fading Hondo. But yesterday Rolli had the Nats and so did Hondo and the fade won. Maybe we will get lucky again. I removed the 'FADING AL ROLLI" description above as that is misleading. I am actually fading Hondo. Thanks Gus!

    4. Fixed it above. Not fading or following Rolli. Just fading Hondo and following Marco's First Look play. Also I plan to follow the UNDER UMPIRE streakers, there was none today.

    5. Yea I was actually tailing Rolli's free plays for a while but he did cool off a bit & I was on a terrible streak so I had to limit my action so for now i'm sticking w/fading Scoop & following BFL

    6. I might of faded Scoop but I just can't take more than a -150 favorite and I am scared of the Indians run line.
