SUNDAY: $896 ON THE BOSTON RED SOX RUN LINE +1 1/2 -140 OVER THE NEW YORK YANKEES

I am fading Dom Chambers.

After losing my last bet on yesterday, my Labby Line is now X - 16 - 16 - X - 48.  I am betting to win 16 + 48 or 64 dimes or $640. My bet is $896 on the Boston Red Sox run line + 1 1/2 -140 over the New York Yankees to win $640 or 64 dimes.

If I win that bet, I will start a new Labby Line on Monday of 16 - 16 - 16 - 16.

If I lose today's bet my Labby Line for tomorrow will be X - 16 - 16 - X - 48 - 89.6.

What is a Labby Line?

The Dominator's game analysis:

This is a situation where one team is just better and one team has the better pitcher going.

And with Josh Beckett, you would think the Red Sox would have the pitching edge.

Wrong!

Beckett has not been himself this season. Overall, he is 5-10 with a 5.19 ERA and a WHIP of 1.31. In his last three starts, it gets even worse, going 0-1 with a 10.38 ERA. In his last start, he gave up six runs in 5 1/3 innings against Baltimore.

Quite simply, he’s been getting shelled.

For the Yankees, Hiroki Kuroda starts, and he has been a pleasant surprise for the Yankees.

Overall, he is 11-8 with a 3.06 ERA. But in his last three starts, he is 1-1 with a 1.66 ERA and a WHIP of 1.02.

With the way Beckett has getting battered, you might think the over would be a good play. But in the last four home starts for Kuroda, the under for the Yankees is 4-0. The total is set at 9, and this could easily be a 6-2 type of game.

The run line is the way to go. In the last six losses by the Red Sox, the run line has covered all six times. In the last six wins by the Yankees, the run line is 5-1.

Take the Yankees on the run line.

  2. I do like the run line here on the Red Sox. I think it will be a close game. I want to win this one to close out my current Labby Line. Good luck to you Shaneel whatever you are betting today. Love fading the Dom and his public plays!
